• If your reservation is canceled 30 days prior to your arrival, a full refund will be issued, excluding the deposit
• If your reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to your arrival, no refund will be issued. 

Roatan's airport is Juan Manuel Galvez (RTB).

Flying from Canada, West Jet and Sun Wing fly direct out of Toronto and Montreal.

Flying out of the United States, American Airlines, Delta and United have direct flights into Roatan Airport. 

Reefside Retreat offers airport pick up and drop off for your convenience. Upon pick up you can choose to stop in at Eldon's, the local grocery store. The cost for airport pick up and a stop at Eldon's is $60 USD and for airport drop off is $50 USD. 

* Please note that airport transportation needs to be booked prior to arrival to ensure availability.

Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM.

Yes! We have a guest washer and dryer and laundry soap available for all guests to use free of charge.

• The official currency is Honduran Lempiras, however US dollars are broadly accepted. 
• Cash is the preferred method of payment, although credit cards can be accepted in most established businesses.
